This flaky, buttery loaf is made the same way as a classic loaf, except during stretch and folds frozen butter is worked in to allow for a flaky crust and buttery flavor while not losing that classic sour taste we all love!
Ingredients: distilled water, unbleached flour, sea salt, grass fed butter, sourdough starter (fermented unbleached flour and distilled water).
